Yay !!!! In Practice of happiness

So what did we practice 2day? Practice is to regularly do an activity to become best at it. sometimes we consciously do it like practicing for a sales call/practicing to score better or unconsciously like your everyday cooking hoping it gets better  😈 I have noticed my mom regularly solving SUDOKU puzzles, unconsciously she is practicing & thus becoming better at it. So..many..many...practices are done daily ... Yet we forget to practice the most important & much-needed skill of all ...... YIN & YANG of HEALTH

Yin Yang So, we have all heard about Yin Yang or at least seen this symbol at our famous Chinese restaurants  😄😄😄 It shows a balance between two opposites with a portion of the opposite element in each section. Recently I found an Interesting illustration of Yin-Yang in relation to health... PH BALANCE: Acidic & Alkaline BALANCE of the body   A pH less than 7 is said to be acidic and solutions with a pH greater than 7 are basic or alkaline. Our ideal pH is slightly alkaline - 7.30 to 7.45. We all know Balance is good but what PH Imbalance does? It makes you sell your health to pills. One for a headache, One for acidity  One for Skin problems  One for weight loss One for bone strength One for fatigue... So how many pills u took today??? Hope you all had Hyggelig weekend ( A pleasant & A  happy one ) We had " WINTER IS HERE " moments as in Game of Thrones  😊😊😊😊 " For me, The most fun is change & growth "     Spring made me feel blessed to have eyes & camera phones.💓💓😍😎 Whereas Fall inspired me to let go of my fears & inhibitions to start writing. Now comes the Winter ....... .Can't wait to see what it presents? So weekend was all about making my living room winter ready, every piece of furniture is decorated with rugs & blankets now A complete CHILL PROOF ZONE ...😇😇😇😇😇 Go ahead & share some of your Hyggelig moments ..Can't wait to hear from you all ...

Make Ordinary Seem Extra-Ordinary

Here I come up today with an exciting word  " HYGGE " pronounced ( Hoo- Gah ) Its a Danish word which means  feeling cozy, charming & special ( Danes -people of Denmark are termed some of the most healthy & happy living- beings In-spite of their extreme cold climates & stretches of dark winter months ) Being an Indian & specifically South Indian - I  don't know to live without sun/summers 😆😆😆 Sun predominately motivates/energies- makes you start your day / move through the day / end your day ..Makes you feel complete  Then how the Danes ( people of  Denmark ) are known for their Health & Happiness ???? & Interestingly they all seem to practice HYGGE lifestyle in their own ways  . Since then I tried & added some of HYGGE lifestyle to my routines ..... Well, HYGGE ( Hoo-Gah ) its all about feeling special & charming without external factors influence ... Hey all, Its bright shiny cold morning here ... Its first post from me ..so I thought it would be nice to establish for whom I m writing to..?? Well, I have been a rebel always & Most challenging person in the room ... For me " Self-care " is a priority &  We all know life isn't  simple to give you enough space or time to Self-care for most of us. Take my case, I have been married for 6 + years to my best friend  & had a career for about 5+ Years in Sales after my MBA With some great years & Not so good times in it ....I have had my rough patches  ( A complete imbalance of work & life ) Could you believe ....Once I  resigned my job to initiate a weight loss regime - The job was making me feel heavy in every way possible due to its sedentary nature & pressure of the job was too much that I couldn't find time to balance between fitness & work I didn't like the person I was becoming. I was self-sacrificing myself
